The design of the place is nice, the rooms look good and its nice to be in a garden but

The staff were nice BUT they were never / rarely there, which made the hotel feel kind of like a ghost town. not very lively and as a solo traveler woman was not great to feel like this sometimes kind of unsafe even if nothing happened, its important to feel like someone is here and secure but its not the case there even if it doesnt feel dangerous. There is no coffe or food served there. Its not a resort as they adverstive. The staff is rarely there. They are helpful when they are here but they are rarely here. The matresses are not comfortable

Its very quiet, very much jungle touch 24/7 swimming pool.

Room has lot of bugs no bright lights, there was a big big 🦎 lizards no one will be available at reception for help.
