Asian Secret Resort

Staff are very friendly and caring. The room is clean and in good condition. The place is beautiful and really immerse you in a Thai garden, what means bugs and lizards. You may be accompanied in your room by a huntsman or a gecko so just be aware if you are scared of little critters.

The only con I saw in the place is the maintenance around the pool. The pool in itself is beautiful and well taken care of, but the sun cover and chairs could use a little love. A mosquito coil wouldn’t hurt as well as there are a lot of mosquitos around the pool, what makes chilling outside the water very difficult.

The only thing that was good is the stuff

The room was dirty with bugs on the bed. They didn’t work well the shower pressure is very very low. You cannot take a shower. The towels in the sheets of the bed was dirty. The room wasn’t clean. The worst experience we ever had at hotels and a very bad part. Is someone entered the room in the middle of the night. Wake us up and left the door open after that we wanted the refund for our money and we didn’t want to stay and we scared to stay at this hotel, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone was a terrible experience and we get only 80% of our money
