"Heat not working properly"

Good location

Heater was not working.. it was blowing oit cold air. I had to sleep in my pants and coat.. it was 25 degrees out

It was quiet,clean and comfortable and the TV worked fine. Not too far from the casinos.

Shower head was at 5ft height so very awkward showering. Pillows were soft and flat. Bed creaked with every turn as it was on a metal frame. No ice available which sucked!

Nothing much

Room was extremely small, Heater barely made room comfortable, bed was as hard and uncomfortable as the floor, tv channels were horrible wifi kept disconnecting, and the staff at check-in were rude when I went to check out before 11 staff were already there to rush me out
