Royal Inn

There was no breakfast. We stayed there because it was close to the friends we were going to visit.

Place was creepy and run down. Signs at the office advising no drug use allowed, no visitors allowed, no refunds, etc. Gave away that it was apparently in a bad neighborhood. The office was like Fort Knox, encased in plexiglass with only a slot to pass your credit card and drivers license to the attendant. Not even possible to pass a role of toilet paper. Had to go to another door where it was passed to me thought a small opening in a security door. There only appeared to be one other room occupied. No other cars in the lot. Guy hanging out in the parking lot. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known more, but the Trip Advisor was favorable.

Some minor plumbing fixture issues, hair in bath / shower

Efficient, friendly staff, good price for a large room. Enjoyed the option of the blue lighting, very romantic. Able to park our vehicle right in front of our door. All in all, delightful.
