Neat, clean, quiet

The place was so filthy we could barely sleeep, Owner was very angry and confrontational, He chewed us out for our late check in.

Location. River and lake access.

The patio where you enter your room is dirty.

Nothing

No office staff were present at arrival.

The location is the best for my reasons for traveling to the area. The rooms are quite comfortable and have all of the amenities you would need to stay comfortably for a week or more.

The price is pretty high. If you stay for several days to a week then the ability to eat more meals on your own can help reduce overall trip costs by reducing meals out, but shorter stays make it harder to justify the cost.

Location was good

When checking out we asked for a receipt and the manager got loud and unwilling to give one. Saying that they don't provide receipts.

The location was perfect and I truly appreciated the help from Mike, who went the extra mile to make sure I could access the room and the EV charger which I really really needed. This amenity drew me to the location and the availablility and helpfulness was much appreciated. The water and snacks in the room were very kind, and the air conditioning was awesome.

Not a thing, Everything was as advertised and then some.

It was quiet and nice perfect for a couple or small family, it’s nice to be able to cook and not have to buy food the whole time you’re on vacation. Huge tv and the bed was comfortable. The owner checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had a nice stay.

Bugs in the room but that’s a given it’s the desert so it was not a big deal
