The location is absolutely the selling point, located right on the beach and easy to access. The room was comfortable and good value for money.

An item went missing from our room during our stay (we think it was cleared away by accident and not malicious) but when we raised with the reception staff they didn't seem too fussed about it. When we checked out the person did then send someone to check to see if I had been found but this was a few days later. It's a frustrating as it will cost £50 to replace the item. Would be nice to get some hand towels and felt room could do with a bit more decor to make it feel more welcoming.

They should provide a kettle and tea sachets etc in the room.

There is nothing I didn’t like

Om shanti lives up to its name. Quiet, friendly, good service ( money change, taxi), safe, the staff was taking care excellently and always ready for a little talk. Good food and coffee available all day, served wherever you want. The garden with the huts gives a cosy atmosphere so you can sit on the veranda and feel like it is a small village. Now I onderstand why people seem to come back to this place every year. I will do too! Thank you for making our stay so beautiful. Modita

Great location. Friendly restaurant staff. I liked the seating on the porch.

You can’t lock the room from the inside making me feel unsafe sleeping at night. The lighting is quite white and bright, not cosy. The mosquito tent didn’t stretch around the bed.

Loved our beach front room. The reception went out of their way to help with taxis from the airport and to help us have a restful stay. we explored agonda, palolem and some remote beaches further south all by bike and feel Patnem was the best location and vibe. Sunbeds available outside on beach and sunset is directly in front (not at angle) loved how the dogs and cows interact with the beach and bars...

Only thing would be the choice of music some nights but I heard that if you ask, then they will put your playlist on which is really cool.
