The employee brought me a chair ND an ashtray so I could smoke outside my room and observe the no indor smoking rule. Loved this. How thoughtful.

Simple but reliable accommodations, so it is a great value. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times over the past decade.

Good choice of TV channels and good TV. Good location near centre of town and has own parking.

Inside and out this place is a mess. Filthy lobby. Very small room, nowhere to put luggage. Old fashioned bathroom, not very clean and nowhere to put personal toiletries. Uncomfortable bed, polyester bedding and terrible pillows.

The Desk Clerk/Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He even loaned me a phone charger when I asked him where I could go to buy one. The room was clean and quiet and just perfect for what my needs were.

Not saying I didn't like anything. I just want to say that if you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. But if you just want a safe place to sleep, it is the perfect place

Inflation going crazy in the summer of 2022 so paying $75/night here (taxes included) seems like a good deal. The outside looks like a run-down Mom & Pop motel, but inside the rooms are clean and everything works. A/C kept me cool all night, and fridge works too. WiFi is very fast. TV is good size with nice selection of satellite channels. Bathroom is small but that's par for the course in a place like this. Parking spot was right outside the room. Nothing shady going on at night. I will definitely stay here again, esp. since so many other hotels in the area are over-priced.

I stayed here for 3 days...clean but dated. TV cable worked fine. Refrigerator good and microwave worked. Bathroom clean with towels.Holes around plumbing, but no mold or smells. Heat worked fine. Bed firm sheets clean. Price at 62 was much better than Sheraton at 187. Very close to mall, easy access to restaurants. The people at desk very nice and helpful. Wifi available. I would stay here again.

This is the most disgusting "hotel" that I have ever seen! Unfortunately an unexpected late night trip led us to this dump. We pulled up just in need of a place to rest our heads and couldn't even phathom touching any inch of our room. There was no curtain on the bathroom window which was located right behind the toilet. The front door closed and locked just barely. I honestly was worried someone was going to kick the door in considering our neighbouring guest was outside past three in the morning "partying". The towels hung up for us along with the bed sheets had small curly hairs all over them! I took clean towels from my car desperate to rest for a few hours before our four hour drive home. I layed out our towels on the bed and used my purse as a pillow. I refused to use anything that was provided. The pillows had old mascara from a previous guest and the shower floor was black with dirt. Also conveniently enough the only television stations that came through were basically soft core porn. I was appalled! So much for T.V. to help put me to sleep. After all this we decided to leave and sleep in the car somwhere. I told the man behind the bullet proof glass, who may have owned the place, all about our experience. He did not offer to refund our money after suffering in that armpit of a room for no more than 2 hours. He offered another room on the 2nd floor. I was not even interested in seeing it and left. Ehhhk!!

Only stayed in Baltimore for one night and needed a cheap room. Intention was to be able to travel to downtown Baltimore by public transport within acceptable time. However the bus will take forever, so it's really no optimal for doing this. Rooms were ok, not too shabby but also not the cleanest ever and quite old. Ok for the price I guess. No bedbugs or gross stuff. AC leaked some water onto carpet. Key system does not seem to be too secure... it's oldschool punchcards. Felt a little uncomfortable leaving my notebook in the room. Neighbourhood seems fine, there's some nice properties around, so it's not shady even if the parking lot of the motel might suggest otherwise WiFi worked fine. Had a lot of more expensive hotels with worse WiFi, It's near to a big mall and cinema (5 minutes by foot). So if you don't know where to eat or what to do in the evening, this would be an option. Owner somewhat oscillated between being friendly and uninterested. All in all a clear case of "You get what you pay". Everything just about fine for the price, no bad surprises for us, but also not the greatest motel ever.

I was very happy with my experience at Express Inn. The rooms are tiny; what do you expect for $59 in the Baltimore area? The good things about the Express Inn: it is spotlessly clean, quiet, and safe.The mattress was excellent, nice and firm; the sheets are high quality; the shower is excellent; the room includes a large, flat screen TV, a microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, and WiFi. The motel is conveniently located within walking distance of a Starbucks and one mile from Towson University. Mr. Patel, the manager, is very nice.

This is the cheapest place we found in baltimore. We found the deal on line and it saved our budget. Our room was very nice with Tv, fridge and microwaves and a comfy bed. The receptionist was really nice. It is true it is a little far from the historic center but the bus leaves you near by.
