Scenic Rim Motel

The Motel is very clean n tidy.. bathroom also had plenty of space as extremly clean. The bed comfortable and clean too, parking under shelter right outside the room. Had everything needed in the room for an over night stay air con, fan, tv, fridge etc. Close to the Shell and Bp Service Stations, could just walk across the road if needing anything at any time day or night. Tavern just down the road. The lady who manages the Motel was easy and lovely to deal with. Beautiful country to stay at.. absolutely beautiful.

Nothing i didnt like.

Older motel situated close to the scenic rim. Shady carport in front of each unit was a bonus.

Close to everything, long opening hours for reception especially after a delayed arrival, run of the mill motel to be honest

No table or seat to eat your food, shower soap dispenser had very little soap in it and took a lot of pushing to get any soap out

Undercover parking which was good. We were late and so they left the key in our room, with the door left unlocked. Made it easy to get in. Nice bakery nearby.

Bit of road noise but not too bad.

Friendly staff very clean and good value

Needed a dishcloth and tea towel as would be easier to wash and dry dishes

We've been there now 3 or 4 times. Only there for a few hours to rest and sleep, so no need for a lot of furniture or kitchen facilities.

Only discovered in the morning that the fridge wasn't plugged in. Since we've been there before we were aware that there were no breakfast bowls or big spoons, but we did bring our own. But in saying that, if most guests are just overnight, most people would dine out anyways

Chocolate in the fridge was a nice surprise. Also having undercover parking.

Would've liked crockery, knife & fork etc so I could use the microwave, but not really an issue for me. Receptionist did tell me I could ask for anything I needed though.

The room had a microwave.

Did not have stove.
