Everything about this place is truly amazing!

Nothing, our stay was perfect!

It's a wonderful hotel with the most welcoming and helpful staff. We had a lovely stay and hope to come back some day in the future. The food is exceptional and the food alone is worth a stay at this hotel. There is a beautiful, wooden onsen with a great choice of cosmetics. The hotel itself is beautiful too and our room was very big and comfortable. Everything about our stay was relaxing. We made great memories in Azumino.

They facility and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The atmosphere is super relaxing and everyone is very friendly. The cat Kon-chan is also a great addition. Food and the drinks are also great. 10/10

A great place to relax and get away from the busy city life! Staff is very kind and helpful, and Konchan the cat runs the place smoothly! The onsen water is mild, and is good for everyone, and I loved the fact they were rotating men's and ladies' baths so we could experience both. Delicious food, beautifully presented!

We learned about Konchan the cat only a little bit before leaving, so didn't have much time with him :(

The Onsen was stunning. The level of detail to the design features of the onsen defy description, we were amazed. The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room for no additional charge. We would definitely go back to enjoy this one of a kind onsen.
