We took the "Private Room" it was a really amazing room! Location perfect 5 min from center(By car).

The place was quiet and the staff stayed out of our way. The general atmosphere of the room was also pretty nice.

For something that is advertised as a 5-star hotel, this was honestly worth exactly half. Not even the bare minimum a two-star hotel was provided; The bathroom had liquid soap to wash your hands with and, surprisingly, the shower had that exact same soap to be used as shampoo?! That's honestly embarrassing. There was also a surprising lack of leniency: we were shown long lists of things that would end up as a fine, including something that can be sumed up as "make anything dirty and you're fined 600 ron" I'm not one to expect freebies, but if anyone is, you will be disappointed, as we weren't even given the complementary water bottle xD To be perfectly honest, to quote some other review that matched my exact experience, "if I didn't pay in advance, I would have been out of there immediately" because the services given match a 2.5 star at best and the value is a third of what I paid.
