"It was convenient and at a good price but needs some improvements."

Close to gas stations, restaurants and the interstate.

Carpet needs to be replaced and mattresses need a topper or be replaced. Looks like they are working to improve their inn so maybe those things are on the upcoming improvement list.

The room was clean, the bed was amazing and the location was ideal being right off the interstate. All the usual amenities were available and a Whataburger right across the street, what more could you ask for!

It needs a room remodel, but that's ALL.
