丁寧な接客を心がけていたと思うけど、 外国人批判する訳でないが、 日本スタッフより劣っている点があった。例えば、浴衣のサイズや、歯ブラシセットの置き場所などを教えてくれなかったので、部屋についてから結構探した。(置いてある所が普通の所と違ったので。) 部屋は、清潔感があった。 少し壁が黄ばんでいたが。 食事は大満足でした。

窓の景色が想像と違っていた。
