Front desk were really nice. As a non-Indonesian speaker, I could communicate with them in English with no issue. Lost my key one night, but they gave me a new one with no extra charge, and I appreciate that very much!

Since the tent is not sound-proof, the sounds of cars and motorcycles were very loud. Plus the prayer started at 4am in the morning made the sleeping experience not very enjoyable.

A very quiet place to relax and enjoy nature

Nice place, not so far from the City Life

1. Couldn't sleep well as the whole night we could hear the sounds of vehicles {motorcycles}, horns of Tourist Buses. Sound of music band from some hotel / restaurant nearby. 2. Lots of flies at the restaurant, so couldn't enjoy the breakfast {it was good}

You can play basketball in their clean court, you can borrow guitar, the staff was nice ...

We had a really good stay at Trizara Resorts! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Loved the peaceful location and the glamping setup; spacious and cozy. The food was great but a little pricey. The WiFi worked well. The play area for kids is amazing. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Availability of drinking water. Although there were water dispensers, we were unsure how clean these were especially that they are outdoors and exposed to the elements.
