Merriwa Motor Inn

The property was clean enough, it was central, easy to find. Great shower so hot! And good pressure. Although it was an older place the bathroom was better than most very expensive places I have stayed in before. The family room was big enough has 3 singles and one queen.

There was one Mug (cups) that wasn't keen it still had coffee at the bottom. Although it is an older place it does have stains on the roof of bathroom, it should be repaired over. The soap holder in the shower needs removing. Being aluminium It's got sharp corners and cuts if bumped. in to. The bed moved alot due to the Lino on the floor I would suggest bed wheel cups to stop this. The bed head also needs to be attached to the wall or removed as it fell on to the bed as it rolled away. I was worried about staying here as town people said there were bed bugs! I checked the corners of each been although there were not it didn't give an easy feelings. The kite-net seams to be in the wrong place as a bed is right behind it. For safety reasons needs moving. The fridge also in a weird spot rod may need re design. The walk in cupboard need a bit of work and separator/ shelving could be added for stuff.

Bed needed the wheels at the base taken off as bed kept moving when person moved on bed.

It was a safe place to stay for my family. The rooms were clean, the service was kind. The shower was hot and the beds comfortable. I also saw a bbq on the property which could be used and the location was good. Walking distance to the local sports club and a short drive to the main drag. RSL club did lovely Chinese too.

A little maintenance needs doing to the garden, but it was clean overall and safe.
