We had a wonderful meal at the hotel and enjoyed our stay for the 3 nights if we didn’t have to go home and see to our animals we would have stayed longer.

I WASN’T HAPPY THAT I CAME BACK TO THE ROOM ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO FIND A VEHICLE PARKED RIGHT OUTSIDE MY ROOM. I BELIEVE THERE SHOULD BE DEDICATED PARKING FOR EACH ROOM. I AM DISABLED AND CAN’T WALK AS FAR AS AN ABLE BODY PERSON, WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ONE OF THE STAFF SHE JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE DISABLED PARKING, THAT REALLY UPSET ME BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T EVEN OFFER TO HELP ME. I ACTUALLY LOST MY TEMPER WHICH WAS BAD ON MY BEHALF SO I APOLOGISED AND WALKED AWAY.

"Perfect budget accommodation."

I chose Lake Mulwala hotel for it's proximity to the lake & the Ski club & because I had a tight budget so I didn't expect much but it was perfect as a base to set up & return to for a shower & sleep. The room was perfect, everything you needed & the big thing for me was the comfortable bed. I'll be back.👍🏻

Noisy neighbor's but you can't help that...
