Nicely located in a big sculpture park with a big lake.

Facility is old and outdated. Bed and mattress is very uncomfortable, floor is sticky , shower curtain is so thin and light, water would get everywhere when we shower.

Nice place, cheap and clean. Good value for money.

No staff when I arrived, it was late but I gave them exact time of arrival, no message on the door, when called noone answered. Had to wait a little.

Good location. Some staff members were friendly some not.

For this price I expected something way better. Rooms weren’t really clean (I saw dirt in the bathroom, on the floor, few spider webs). Heaters were working but rooms didn’t get really warm. No basic provided like toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, we had some leftover hand soap and that was it); no kettle, no wardrobe. Staff wasn’t really sure what is going on in their booking diary, there was few confusions what is paid, how many rooms, how many people etc.

Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff; they go beyond their duties to help me with longer than expected stay which was very handy for my business duties

Google Maps direction to the hotel access road was inaccurate, still clear roadside banners helped me to get in
