The breakfast was very poor. There should have been a small restaurant to serve breakfast. The signs were all in Japanese . We could not understand anything . The reception area did not have any chairs to sit

The entrance, the room, the jacuzzi, the snacks/drinks/toys, the staff, the price. Everything was good.

There are limited food options for breakfast, but if you grab a chicken from family mart to go with the curry in the morning, it’s perfect.

The room was large, bathroom facilities were great

The room was not cleaned when it was supposed to have been.had to ask for the room to be cleaned the day before leaving and bins were overflowing. Breakfast was pathetic and not worth the money. Hotel was always very dark. Would not stay again.

Fantastic place, clean , spacious.

Its very clean and nice. The room is also spacious. I like how aesthetic the vibe is.

I wish there was netflix..

The staff were extremely helpful even though I didn’t speak Japanese and they went out of their way to help me.
