Room was clean enough, of a decent size. Two towels per person. If you just need a place to sleep, it will definitely suffice. It was not loud outside.

The area is very unwelcoming, it's very hard to get there without a car, you have to walk around very industrial area, with all warehouses and parkings. I would definitely not recommend for single women travelers (it didn't seem outright dangerous, but definitely uncomfortable). With other people it's okay. The entrance to the place is a bit shade, reception is in a bar, when we came in the music was blasting, and it took around 15 minutes to get checked in. There was a drunk customer who kept trying to talk to us, and the personnel only made 1 half-hearted attempt to get him away from us.
