Las amenidades dentro de las instalaciones, la mayor parte de la interacción con el personal fue de una manera amable y cordial, en su mayoría una experiencia favorable pero no para regresar.

Hay ciertas conductas xenófobas, nunca se mencionó que se tenía servicio de transporte por parte del hotel, incluso se preguntó antes de llegar y nos negaron que contaban con el servicio, al final de la estancia se comprobó que si hay servicio pero nunca se ofreció y se negaban a proporcionarlo por ser extranjera, además dicen no contar con restaurante pero dentro del periodo de la estancia nos dimos cuenta que si contaban con restaurante, de igual manera nunca se ofreció el servicio, por el contrario se proporcionó una carta para pedir comida la cual la traían de Shimoda.

I really liked the room, the size, all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved our bathroom area with the private hot tub. The room was overall very comfortable, with the size, the coffee & tea maker, and the fridge was great. The hotel and the grounds were also beautiful.

I do have tattoos, and nowhere on the website does it say they don't allow tattoos in their onsens. I tried using some sticker thing, that did not work. Also, nowhere on our booking does it say we have to pre-book at the restaurant, or give us a warning that if we don't book ahead we can't eat there for any meals. We had to eat most meals at a 7-11, which was okay, but would have loved to try the meals there. We were hoping the outdoor pool would be heated enough to enjoy, but it was quite cold. Also, the beds weren't very comfortable.

It's a wonderful spa resort boasting a full-sized swimming pool, wood-fired sauna, as well as public indoor baths and private outdoor baths. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the train station in the morning, which was very helpful.

The neighbourhood itself is mostly residential, and there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. So, a stay here is all about escaping from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and not about exploring local sights.

スタッフの皆さまの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。源泉かけ流しでお湯もきれいで屋外温泉プールやケロサウナなどとても魅力的な施設です。隅々まで気を配られているのを感じます。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Seiryu-so exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, facilities were clean, and the Onsen was a great first time experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
