The location is just extravagant. In the middle of nature where the river Kabini just flows beside this property. Nicely maintained villas with all basic amnesties but don’t expect hotel like stuff. Carry your soap and toothpaste along. The caretaker Mr. Babu is a an old man who is very helpful and makes sure everything is fine.

Good food around this place is a hassle and make sure you step out early around 8 PM for good food.

Mr.Ismail is a great host and thanks to his hospitality. He was open to feedback. Its a beautiful property and at a nice location. He proactively helped us with the itinerary of the must visit places in and around Vythiri. He was generous enough to help us arranging the ice.

No AC in the room which was pretty uncomfortable specially during day time. Breakfast not included in the package. Recommended restaurant next to the property we had pretty bad experience where we are served beef in the mixed fried rice instead of prawns. No night bulbs in the room. No coffee maker as it was mentioned in the booking.com site which Mr.Ismail confirmed he has never mentioned these to the site. So big thumbs down to the booking.com site for putting up inaccurate information. One of the bedrooms wall fan wasn't working properly. Couldn't access wi-fi as it wasn't working. Couldn't watch tv as the cable channels were password protected though we were not much into tv however I would have expected to share these information at the time of chrck-in itself whether we watch or not.

It was an amazing stay. I went on vacation after a very long time. Stay played a major role. Babu was a great host who not only made the stay pleasant but also helped and guided us through the places to visit. Ismail was also very supportive. He was out of town. But guided us in call. A great and an amazing place. Now I will be staying every time I visit Wayanad.

We opted for apple villa and it was good. Rainy weather and it was cool. Restuarant is next to resort so not an issue

Marsim Holiday Resort is located in main road which is very convinient to reach. Resort owner Mr.Ibrahim is a very nice person with good communication, he guide us to reach different tourist attractions in Wayanadu. the resort is very beautiful and best value for money, it is very clean and neat, food is also available just beside the resort kitchen facility is also in each and every Villa,, the location is good for reaching different locations.
