The location is in close proximity to all restaurants. Though you need your own transport

The room we stayed was indicated as a cottage. But it was located on the first floor which was not indicated in the photographs. There is no house keeping and no basic toiletries provided. The room was dirty with dust on all furniture The bathroom heater is only 6 liter capacity. So on cold weather, you will be left freezing midway through your bath. We called for cleaning the washrooms since we stayed for 3 days. The cleaner just poured a bucket of water on the floor and said cleaning was done. There is no proper sound proofing in the rooms. There is construction going on in the property which will take atleast 6 months to complete. The property is located on the Banasurasagar Dam road. So people who stay here will be woken up by constant traffic noise and construction work. It was a terrible experience!!!

Good place for family stays,

The property is very pleasant. The host was very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home. Homely and cheap food available next door. Can definitely recommend to families and couples. Would stay here again when we come to Wayanad.

Marsim holiday resort is a lovely place, centrally located, ideal to visit all the places in wayanad. Nice 2 bedroom cottages with attached bathrooms, small living room with dining and ideal kitchen in serene surroundings. Adjoining is their restaurant which serves authentic and tasty food. Very suitable for families who love a quite place and have their own conveyance. A very friendly owner who understands the guests needs and cares for them.
