Easy to get to

Smelled of smoke, small TV with poor quality picture and poor channel choices, no coffee maker, only one bedside lamp. Noisy a/c.

The customer service was on point. Very polite and considerate front desk people.

We had a pleasant stay and found the property to be a great value. Parking directly next to the room was especially convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped with both a microwave and mini-fridge, and the comfortable mattress and bedding made for a good night’s sleep. The location was also convenient, just a 5-minute drive from downtown Ventura.

There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that detracted from our stay. Neither window could be kept open—the bedroom window would not stay in place, while the bathroom window lacked a screen and would not remain open. The curtains were also showing signs of wear, with holes in the bathroom curtain. Most concerning, however, was finding a dirty towel and a used pregnancy test left in the room upon arrival, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning.
