The big room that I actually paid for (RM 3) wasn't clean and ready to use, so I spent the first night in a smaller, stingy room with no reimbursement.

The fact the door was obviously faulty and also got locked in room and also got locked out after hours and staff were rude and even after the door jammed on him when he tried to open he used Master keycard to unlock door when I had to pay 50$ call out fee because I had no other option but to lock the door wth the lock turned or just leave the door closed but unlocked
