Basic room, alot of dogs barking all night in the neighbourhood.

After telling the girl at check in I had a reservation she neglected to process it through booking.com I paid cash, it seems at this point I will be charged twice for a subpar hotel.The manager came in the morning to try to resolve the issue and contacted booking.com by phone, I was told by her this issue is dealt with. I have not hear from Booking.com that I am not being charged twice.
