Samphire Ark 900

Great communication from Steph messages received with lots of information. Lovely location and both me and my partner enjoyed our time there. Breakfast included bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. It’s our 4th visit!! The ark has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. Sitting out on deck watching the birds, the tides and the sunrises and sunsets is so relaxing. Lovely food and drink at the huts just a few minutes walk away. Steph is so friendly and helpful too!! Can’t wait to go back!

Every little thing was thought about, even pencils. All the luxury things you needed were there. It was so quite, friendly marina, coffee on tap at the air stream cafe. A totally perfect weekend. .

Ino way to make fridge colder so it wasn't cold enough to keep the strawberries and yogurts fresh. The strawberries went mouldy unfortunately. And shower fell apart when I was using it I had to hold shower head. Small tweaks did not effect my stay.

I just want to say that this location was soooooo peaceful, very romantic and me and my fiance loved every bit of it!!! Stephanie was very very helpful and SUPER AMAZING!!! She was very informative and I LOVE HER and our STAY, everyone needs to experience this at least 100 times!! I went for the GOODWOOD Festival I surprised my partner with that and staying at this location on the dock it was soooooo beauitful we watch the sunrise and sunset I just loved every single bit of this stay and llocation and will come back!! Oh and also please when you go everyone needs to go to JJs. Thank Steph and me later:) I should have did a video this place all I can say is Im in love!!!!

There is nothing that I can say that I didnt like like about the place or the area it was PERFECT I PROMISE YOU THE PERFECT GETAWAY

A brilliant little cabin in a perfect marina well away from civilization. The surroundings are the main star of the show- it's incredibly quiet and beautiful- but the Samphire itself is certainly no letdown, a surprisingly roomy cabin with great lighting options and a very comfortable bed. As a lovely bonus touch, the host provided me with a bottle of wine, croissants, bread, yoghurt and fruits, among other things- they really went above and beyond!

There's very little I could say would improve the place, which is already at a very high standard. I did find myself wishing I had a chair or table as it got a little uncomfortable eating and writing on a counter, but that was a fair tradeoff for the free space available.

We loved the quiet and peaceful location. The tide was out the whole time so there was no water but it was still a lovely location. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock with the complimentary bottle of champagne. Perfect stay and wonderful breakfast!

Great location in Thornham Marina. Very peaceful and relaxing. Pod is very well appointed with a really comfortable bed and everything needed for breakfast. Checking in is straightforward and plenty of useful information is provided in an electronic format and also in the pod. 'The Huts' cafe in the marina is lovely for drinks and lunch.

The pontoons that the pod is on are on intertidal mudflats, which means that you are only 'floating' part of the time. The rest of the time you are surrounded by mud. This is not necessarily bad as we found we enjoyed the 'water' times all the more because of the contrast with the 'mud' times and the landscape is always changing with the weather, time of day and state of the tide, which is part of the fun, but it was a bit of a surprise at first.

This was amazing and so peaceful and just perfect for a short break.very comfortable and clean.
