"It was good and I felt safe but the rooms could use an update."

It was affordable and close to home.

The internet connection in my room wasn’t good. The shower walls were peeling and the water temps were backwards.

Location convenient

The owner was rude, nobody answered the door for at least 5-10 minutes. A stranger knocked on my door early morning asking for a ride. It was scary for a single woman
