Aesthetically pleasing buildings and garden. Friendly polite staff. Location - proximity to beach front. Cleanliness. Protecting the wildlife - turtle eggs

Obvious wear and tear and lack of ongoing maintenance. Eg: 1. air conditioner leaking leaving a big puddle of water that wasn’t seen too during our stay despite reporting it day 1. 2. Toilet seat broken and completely unhinged from bowl. Also not attended to during stay. 3. Outdoor furniture broken 4. No real host present and available to guests and overseeing operations. Could be much better in this regard.

Très bel emplacement, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner face à la plage. Beau coucher de soleil ☀️☀️☀️.

Emplacement de l'hôtel très bien, a proximité du port de gili air, du bon côté de l'île pour profiter du sunset. Proximité avec la place et la mer. Piscine agréable.

Présence de nuisibles dans la chambre (cafards et fourmis). Douche dans la chambre très vieillissante, robinetterie qui reste dans les mains, pas d'eau chaude. Pas d'eau courante non salée attention. Équipements de la piscine vieillissant notamment les transats. Il était très difficile de capter la wifi dans la chambre...

Sehr schöne und ruhige unterkunft mit grossem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl in dieser Unterkunft.

Position; right on the beach. On the opposite side of the island from the bustling harbour, Puri Air is in a peaceful sunset position in a sleepier spot on the island. Perfect for simply *relaxing* poolside (really lovely pool!) or beachside. Beach is good for swimming at high tide. Breaky; Tasty & good size servings of the classic island choices (pancakes, eggs-toast, etc), plus juice & fruit. Rooms; spacious, clean, cool, fresh (minty!). Lots of open shelf space for storage. Fridge. Bed comfy, fresh white linen, clean mosquito net, albeit a little small for this bed, still worked. Aircon efficient. Shower reasonable pressure, & good hot water. Staff; particularly friendly and helpful. Special mention to Efi for helping out to babysit at late notice and to Safira for friendly, happy service.
