Antler Motel

We rented the sleeping cabin at the Antler Motel. The owners were very nice. This type of cabin does not have a bathroom, but we had our own private bathroom across the drive. The inside was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having a picnic table and benches for sitting. We were just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for the night and this was a good choice! Nothing scenic about it, but it was quiet and convenient.

The room met the basic requirements - beds were okay, had a refrigerator that worked, and a shower. The curtains were unbelievable - chaps on one set and dungarees on the other (that were 3D - stuffed behind). That and the lamps and other decor made it seem a bit creepy. But it was okay. Great recommendation for breakfast at the local dinner.

Lucked out when I found this motel on my way home from Yellowstone! I particularly liked having a "kitchen table" to spread out on just the way I do at home. Felt safe and comfortable and would return here in a minutes. Highly recommended!

Small locally owned motel with acceptable room for the night. Do not expect much in the way of amenities, but then it did not cost much for a night's stay. Room was comfortable enough and it was quiet so I was happy. I would stay there again if in the area.

This Motel is obviously older and could use some updating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Everything was very outdated and the trains that kept going by during the night were VERY annoying! However, I do realize that is within no control of the Motel but still could be a determining factor for some potential guests. The staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel is not obviously older... you can see that when you pull in, still from reviews we had high hopes. Checkin was great, the lady was very friendly. The room was warm when we went in but turned on the window AC and it cooled right down and it was CLEAN! The room furniture was older but maintained well, not pristine but well maintained. There is a microwave small fridge and sink and table to eat or work. The bathroom was CLEAN! A few chips here and there needed some caulking but clean and the water pressure is phenomenal! The shower head is a little low, I'm short so no problem. I am a little too dependent on hotel amenities because I didn't bring shampoo or blow dryer and they didn't have them. To be fair, however, I didn't ask the front desk. The bed... for me second to clean... not so good. Not lumpy, somewhat firm but not comfortable, at all! And the pillows are so flat they may as well not be there. We kept rolling toward each other because of lack of mattress support. The walls are a little thin. Could hear the people in the next room talking, and they weren't being loud. My only complaints are the mattress and pillows. I took a circle off for the bathroom needing a little caulking, didn't bother me but it will bother some.

This is a small motel, clean and very quiet. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. If you need to find something in town they will direct you. Prices were great. This a place I would come back to.

My family is doing a road trip to Yellowstone. On our trip we have stopped at 3 other motels and none of them were as nice as this one. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of our room. The staff was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. There was a train however that went by a couple of times during the night that used it's horn. But it wasn't that bad. All in all a great motel!
