The room was spacious and didn't have a cigarette smell.

The bed mattress was worn out so it was sagged in the center. Also it was very firm. Washlet was broken. There was no hot water in the sink. Keep in mind that check-in time starts from 11PM and checkout is at 10AM, so you get a very short stay.
