Kifuno Sato

The hotel interior was very classy and beautiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. We arranged for a pickup from Hayashino station with their van as we had 4 pieces of luggage and everything was communicated smoothly in the booking chat. The room was amazing, and it came with a private bath. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. The price of the room included free flow drinks (except red and white wine). This included the drinks in the room minibar, and during dinner and breakfast. They have an amazing selection of sake and sochu. Additionall, this ryokan had a theme of flower arrangement and there was 70 different flower arrangements on the property. There was a booth to make our own flower arrangements and we get to keep it. There is also a public indoor and outdoor bath. Overall, a great experience. The hotel also sent us via van to Hayashino station where we left for Himeji.

Une vraie expérience unique dans un cadre typique sublime. Une navette vient vous chercher à la gare de Okayama, dés l’arrivée tout le personnel est aux petits soins et très attentifs . La chambre japonaise avec eau de source était une merveille. L’onsen intime et chaleureux avec un hammam sur pierres chaudes qui a lui seul vaut le déplacement. Le repas gastronomique du soir compris dans le prix une découverte culinaire exceptionnelle. Vous avez des kimonos et pyjamas à disposition, un coin atelier composition florale. Le petit déjeuner un régal . Cet endroit est un bijou avec un personnel exceptionnel.

お食事が美味しかったです。館内随所に活け花があり、優雅な寛げる旅館でした。 従業員の方々がみな、気持ちのいい対応をしてくださいました。

薬石蒸し風呂はとても良かったですが、露天風呂があっさりし過ぎて、もう少し趣があっても良かったかなと思います。

飯店人員服務很親切，飯店佈置很用心，餐食很美味，溫泉體驗很棒！

Food were great!

The thoughtful anniversary gift they gave us, the exceptional food and cuisine, the cleanliness of the hotel and free drinks, the private outdoor bath we had in our room. The friendliness of all the staff.

From arrival to departure, everything and everyone was exceptional. We felt so cared for and so well supported. They took our request for vegan food to heart and provided some of the most delicious food we've had in Japan. Our server, who was originally from Nepal, was excellent and very attentive.
