スタッフが丁寧で気遣いがあった シャンプーの種類が多くて嬉しいかったので二回も入浴しました

ただ部屋の畳がすり減って衣類に付くのが残念でした。

I was happy with the selection which I had during the breakfast. The view from the restaurant was also breathtaking.

There were no negative experiences which we had.

Great experience. We felt at home. Staff was super friendly.

The hotel does have an outdoor onsen, which is a nice feature if you’re specifically looking for that experience. Breakfast was included, although it was quite average and nothing particularly memorable.

While the room appeared clean at first glance, the facilities felt very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. There was visible mould on the ceiling, and the wallpaper was peeling, which made the room feel neglected and uncomfortable. Overall, the property feels outdated and in need of significant renovation. The location is also not ideal — although it’s situated higher up, getting there involves steep slopes and sharp turns, which makes driving quite stressful and requires extra caution.

Delightful property with amazing hospitality from the staff who were always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the room and restaurant. Public bath was large and comfortable. Family friendly with a play area on the first floor. Food was excellent.

At first glance, the hotel seemed old and run down. However, after staying there for 3 nights, we realised that the place was clean, well-kept and still charming.
