Sweeney Farm Glamping

We absolutely enjoyed our stay .Great spacious accommodation. Even though the weather was not its best we never went cold .Heaters and a log burner during the day and the thickest of quilts at night .Lovely added touch of blankets and hot water bottles. Everything we needed apart from toiletries was supplied which was again an added bonus.Hot tub was lovely temperature and clean .Really enjoyed sitting out and just simply admiring the view.

For us personally being all mainly adults as our lads are 17& 19 we felt uncomfortable going in the hot tub whilst other guests younger children were playing on the shared field, we waited for them to go out for the day.We felt a fold back screen /partition for the hot tub would of made it more private ,but that's just our opinion. Also a mop would of helped to dry the floor quicker walking through after the hot tub , again just our personal opinion.

The location, the surroundings, the quality of the property, the view, pretty much everything about this property, there is nothing to not like.

The tent was wonderful & lovely location. The beds were so comfortable. Perfect equipment for our stay. Loved the log burner, great for the evenings.

The safari tent was well equipped and spacious. Lots of towels and comfy beds. The views were lovely, and the location perfect for exploring. The hot tub was lovely!

The only possible thing I can say as a draw back is that we missed having a microwave in the kitchen, and it would have been nice to have had a small bottle of milk ready in the fridge upon check-in to start us off.

What a beautiful place! The place exceeded myself and my family’s expectations! It was lovely and quiet! Within driving distance of some lovely locations/places to visit! The tent was immaculate, everything you needed was provided to cook/stay on site if you wanted too, we ordered in one night too, very friendly staff on site and in town! Was such a lovely experience, there’s additional things on site such as board games, a sauna/seating area & lovely to see the farm animals on site too, My young son especially loved Penny the pig! Who would always come over when we parked up! We would definitely go again!

We had a great stay We loved our lodge. It was warm cosy yet rustic and we all loved it. We had 4 bedrooms all warm and comfy.2 bathrooms which was great for us as 2 family’s. Loved the hot tub! We used the sauna every day and hired the pizza oven 1 night too which was good fun. We will definately be back 💙💙

Nothing loved everything

We loved our stay at Sweeney Farm. The lodge was gorgeous, kids absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the hot tub! My five year old loved saying hello to the cows, sheep and Penny the Pig every morning! Excellent value for money! Would definitely stay here again!
