The unit cosy ideal for a permanent resident. The facilities seemed a little disjointed. The cooking area was away from the eating and food preparation area

Felt like home from home

From the description it sounded like we had a washing machine in the property. There was one on site but I was disappointed not to have one for our personal use.

Parking was in front of the unit and there is space for more than one car. Everything was clean and well maintained. The whole complex, which seems to be mostly permanents, was quiet and securely behind gates that needed a code to unlock them. The owner was there when we arrived and was very helpful. The positives outweighed the negatives. Easy to drive to where we wanted.

The bathroom contained modern facilities but it was small and rather cramped. Drying after a shower was easier in the main room rather than in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but there was not much room on either side of it so dressing was done in the main room.

The shower head was abit broken there was no internet which made it abit pricy I couldn't find any sugar for a hot drink though unfortunately and the taxis had issues trying to find where I was but also the rain as well trying to get places on foot. But that's not the cottages fault.

Just the distance to get anywhere when it's raining really and having no internet there
