SureStay Hotel by Best Western, New Inn Richmond

Very convenient to shops and family. Rooms were very spacious.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle as we were given a wrong code and the staff forgot to give us any towels but these things were an easy fix.

It was quite noisy overnight, and the curtains didn't fully shut so alot of light came into the room

Our first stay and the motel was excellent with large clean room. The bathroom was large and had a bath . Although we arrived late and left early we will certainly book again on our Sydney trips. The price was very reasonable.

Large rooms, proximity to the railway station, helpful staff, cutlery/ crockery provided.

The key code didn’t work ( didn’t work last visit either) and we had to get manager to assist. The light above the main bench didn’t work. The power point in the bathroom didn’t work.

The rooms are massive

Great value for money, good sized rooms, close to centre of Richmond- walk to shops, pubs, parks & take away. Lovely, helpful staff, though with their check-in service, you never need to see anyone at all! There are well stocked vending machines on the property, and you can purchase Breakfast Packs from reception. There's even lovely, deep baths in most rooms!

Tv's are a tad small. Nothing else to complain about!
