Lokalizacja, blisko głównej drogi i lotniska.

Booking pokazuje inny hotel, mimo iz znajdują sie powiedzmy w tym samym budynku. Jeden jest elegancki a drugi to nora. Mimo ze pokoj 2osobowy, to szklanka byla 1. Czystości tez budziła w nas pewne wątpliwości. Sniadanie, wybór prawie zaden, chleb z dżemem jest ok, ale dżem tez średni.

Die eigene Tiefgarage. Sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings war der Kaffee aus dem Automaten leider nicht besonders gut. Frisch zubereiteter Kaffee konnte gegen Aufpreis bestellt werden. Das Zimmer war für den Preis recht klein, daher empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt als etwas zu hoch. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dennoch okay.

The hotel was clean and everything was fine. Nothing special, but comfortable for a stay.

There was no soap in the room, and it took a long time for the air conditioner to heat the room

Udobne postelje

Komunikacija, imeli smo rezervacijo dve tri posteljne sobe, dobili dvoposteljno, straniščna školjka umazana od velike potrebe, očitno ne vejo kaj je čistoča. Zajtrk je po naročilu, prideš v jedilnico vidiš prazne posode, čakaš na naročen zajtrk, čakaš da se avtomat za kavo zagreje da si lahko kavo skuhaš. Jedli smo zajtrk samo 1x, bivali 4 nočitve. Lokacija čista 0 Aroganten pristop do gosta že prvi dan. 10 let hodimo v Sarajevo nikoli nismo na kaj takega prišli. Oglašujejo bivanje za hišne ljubljenčke, prideš dol z hišnim ljubljenčkom, potem pa kar na enkrat nimajo te storitve. Razočarana zelo
