"Great customer service, photos were deceiving"

Jen, was really great, she went above and beyond to make our stay even better.

Didn’t like that the photos are deceiving. Thought we were getting room that was featured in all the first 20 photos only to find we were placed in another room. Once we mentioned something we were moved to the room advised

The cabin was a bit dirty and smelly, maybe not the right room deodorant? The double bed was not comfortable at all….

It was extremely clean! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! We stayed for 2 nights and the cabin had everything for cooking including an air fryer. Nice and close to beach and restaurants and supermarket.

Floor and couch were filthy, bed sheets were covered in hair. Iron didn't work. Hot water was turned off at the switchboard. Rubbish on the table out front. Photo's and description were misleading.
