Historic Route 66 Motel

Lo spazio è stato ben sfruttato ed è presente la doccia e non la vasca adibita a doccia. Camera pulita.

Mancava l’asciuga capelli.

One of several vintage motels in the historic town of Seligman, the Historic Route 66 has been updated with modern conveniences like air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. It's at one end of the historic part of town - be sure to go down the street to see a large number of nice vintage Route 66-themed businesses with many old cars. The motel has no breakfast, but it's associated with several other adjacent businesses including the well-known Roadkill Cafe. Motel guests get 10% off the bill at the Cafe by showing their key. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There's a busy railroad track across the street, but we weren't disturbed at all by train noise. Our room (#2) had a sign saying Montie Montana stayed there. I had no idea who he was but looked him up and found that he was a well-known rodeo star and bit player or stuntman in many Westerns from 1932-1972, as well as a regular participant in the Rose Bowl Parade. Martin Milner, the co-star of the TV show Route 66, also stayed at the motel.

If I had to pick something, the air conditioner in our room was located right next to the desk in one corner of the room. This meant if someone was sitting at the desk, it was cold, but if it's turned off it gets warm in there quickly. This is a minor thing.

We got a two bedroom suite, lots of cozy things on the walls and different Route 66 items. Very clean. Dining across the road was good as well. Open till late night , and very friendly

Absence de sèche cheveux contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce. Un chauffage était allumé en permanence et impossible de l’éteindre (réponse de l’hôte : il ne devrait plus chauffer) donc obligé d’allumer la climatisation qui fait énormément de bruit

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente una notte, camera piccola ma pulita, arredata stile route66, molto caratteristica! A pochi passi c'è un diner dove si può mangiare tranquillamente a tavolo o al bancone per fare 2 chiacchiere. Consiglio per la posizione se siete di passaggio.

Il prezzo.. troppo elevato per il tipo di camera. La luce del comodino non funzionava e il sistema di aria condizionata era parecchio rumoroso.
