Historic Route 66 Motel

The theme of the room is cute, fitting into the route 66 theme. Bathroom and shower was clean. Beds were clean.

As far as the room goes the carpet felt very old to the extent of being stretched to where it was lumpy and didn't leave a clean feel. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room lacked comfort feel that you get at most hotels. The biggest issue we had was that we were not informed of a PLANNED power outage over night when we checked in. The room became so hot and stuffy that it was impossible to sleep. When I mentioned it to the front desk the next day, the person working said they knew it was happening and they didn't even seem to care or apologize for the inconvenience. Honestly, had we of known I would of taken the loss of the room and not stayed. It made for a miserable overnight stay between everything. I definitely will NOT be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it.

On a (bien) mangé dans le restau à quelques pas de la chambre. Un plat pour deux peut suffire! Nous avons trouvé cette escale sympa entre Grand Canyon et Vegas. Elle a l'avantage d'avoir un univers particulier et donc de faire vraiment partie du voyage.

C'est vraiment une ville-étape, totalement tournée vers l'univers "route 66", Cars. Donc ça peut plaire, ou pas!

Really cute and nostalgic. Erica was great! And her daughter too. Love parking right in front of our room. Love being able to open the windows for fresh air. The swallows that live in the eaves outside our room were very entertaining.

Way too much scent was in our room but it dissipated quickly with the open windows.

It was such an interesting and historical hotel

La climatisation etait trop bruyante, et ma diriger (nous l’avions en plein sur nous) Du mal a la régler
