Staff did not speak any English and was unable to answer any question I have about anything. It was completely impossible to communicate with the staff.

Location was great.

Hallway stairs were dirty. Room was dirty and comforter was stained and had holes. After asking to re-clean the room and new comforter it was still dirty and same comforter.

The location is nice, quiet, close to the beach and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The old world village was very nice too. The room was big although the bathroom was small, it was comfortable. Pretty good for the price considering.

Firstly the staff, I think it’s family owned and they live there. I was seem by an asian woman and she did not speak English but with some patience she was helpful enough, until it came to the pet fee. There is a sign on the glass that shows the prices for different size dogs (very expensive btw compared to most hotels). She charged me $35 + tax for small dog( dont think a fee needs to be taxed but anyways) even though I pointed at medium dog so when my husband came in with the dog she kept saying “not small, pay, pay”. Not a biggie but also the sign says “price for 2 or more nights” and when we wanted to add a third night to our stay she wanted to charge and extra $20. I refused and showed her the sign. I dont know if she made the sign herself or if she wast understanding what it said. Overall the hotel could use better cleaning in common areas. The hallway carpet was filthy and very dusty. And maybe put a bell at the reception desk because no one is ever there

The ad claimed parking was available however there is mail parking available. The staff did not speak. English could not communicate.
