"A perfect onsen in the middle of the Hida mountains ."

An amazing traditional onsen to stay in. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful friendly staff. Much easier if you hire a car and drive rather than rely on public transport - the onsen is beautiful right by the river and waterfall
