Ubicación maravillosa al lado del mar con habitaciones cómodas y bien decoradas. Comidas buenas en un entorno privilegiado y personal muy amable.

Estando en una zona remota (lo cual es lo que buscas si vas y no un negativo), podrían cuidar los precios un poco. La comida muy rica pero un poco caro comparado con otros sitios y los traslados con precio de monopolio!!

Beautiful and calm resort with very kind and friendly staff. The location in the north of Bali offers lovely, clean sea water.

There are not many opportunities for things to do nearby without traveling by bike or car. However, we considered this seclusion to be a benefit during our stay.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, was uns aber bewusst war und auch so von uns gewünscht. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und man hat als Gast das Gefühl hier wirklich willkommen zu sein.🙏 Besonders Iluh war immer mir Rat und Tat zur Stelle und hat mir sehr geholfen als ich Freitagsabend noch ins Krankenhaus musste. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür.🙏🫶 Vor dem Hotel gibt es ein sehr schönes Riff zum schnorcheln.🐠🐟🦑🪸 Auch beim Essen konnte man seine Wünsche äußern z.B bei Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten. Das Essen selbst ist sehr schmackhaft und wird mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir alle Mahlzeiten direkt am Meer einnehmen konnten. Den Spa kann ich auch jeden nur ans Herz legen, besonders die Massagen 💆‍♀️ direkt am Meer habe ich jeden Tag genossen.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in process was smooth, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our rooms were spotless, beautifully styled, and filled with thoughtful touches. The on-site facilities were equally impressive — the pools were crystal clear and the In-House spa treatments were second to none. The food was so delicious, with the menu catering to all tastes - an unforgettable oceanfront dining experience for breakfast. lunch and dinner. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning a return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. A stay that lingers in memory long after checkout.

Our stay was way too short, so will make sure it is for a longer period next time.

I’ve already been in Ponciana twice, and it’s a truly special and absolutely wonderful place. I love the rooms, the swimming pools, the garden, the beach, and the clean sea — perfect for a beautiful swim. The hospitality of the team: "the Ponciana family" is amazing! I really felt at home there. I felt safe, nourished, and genuinely taken care of. The food is wonderful and very very tasty as well — they offer different options for everyone, no matter your dietary preferences. The ladies who gave the massages were the best in Bali (at least for me!). And something that is very important to me — the aesthetics of the whole resort are absolutely beautiful. Every detail feels harmonious and thoughtfully designed — with a good spirit. I’m already planning to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

We had the most incredible week at Poinciana! There is such love and soul put into the running of this little slice of paradise and and I hope that never changes. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable, the vegan food options were delicious and so much care was given from the staff around our food intolerances. The massages and treatments are just incredible. Don’t miss the herbal massage! We were made to feel so welcome and cared for - like family and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff who looked after us so lovingly.

Great location and beautiful pools. Ocean front dining. Most of the food was good, even though there were some hits and misses.

No blanket on the bed, just sheets, it took the staff 3 tries to get it right, but they made an effort finally. Room does not black out, the blinds don’t block any of the light. The bathroom mirror is taller than you and you can see the top of your head at best. Breakfast was good, but just 4 sets to choose from. No amenities at all, no slippers, tooth brush or any toiletries. Was expecting much more for this price point.
