Please note that you cannot check in outside reception opening hours. Reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 08:00 until 20:00. Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 08:00 until 20:00. Please note that there is an additional charge for any lost room keys of NZD $25.00. Please note that there is an additional charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If a valid credit card cannot be provided upon check-in, this property requires a refundable NZD 250 cash deposit to cover any incidental charges. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. This property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property is strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee of NZD 250 will apply. Please note if the room has been left in a state that requires special or extra cleaning (such as steam cleaning or removal of unhygienic waste) an extra cleaning fee will apply. The operating hours for Christmas day from 9am - 6 pm (25 Dec only).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
