Yunohirakan

The staff at the inn were very welcoming and attentive. The inn had a very cozy feel, which blended perfectly with the small onsen town. It was clean and quiet with a classic ryokan feel. The men’s baths were hot and the water was very nice. The food was the best part. Their Kaiseki meals featured beautiful, local delicacies, and were thoughtfully crafted and interactive. Overall, between the town and the inn itself, this was a lovely stop over in the mountains.

These are not really critiques, just things to be aware of: If you come before three, the inn will be closed for cleaning, and you won’t be able to leave your bags until check-in. So the best thing to do is put them in a coin locker at the bus station and explore the town (it’s worth it, use the foot baths and eat onsen eggs!). The baths at the inn are nice but very simple, without many options. This is OK though, because the highlight of Hirayu are the public baths at Hirayu no Mori. Both men and women’s have many options, and the water is spectacular. It’s absolutely worth going at least once.

The beds and doona was so comfortable had the best sleep. An incredible experience with traditional meals and private outdoor onsen. The view from the room was spectacular. Looking into the forest listening to the natural springs babble

朝食と夕食を付けたのですが、どちらもボリューム満点で腹パン状態でした！笑 露天風呂も個室で家内とゆっくり♨️を楽しみました。

WiFi環境が悪いとは聞いてましたがあそこまで悪いとは…。 私がau、家内がSoftBank でしたが通常通信がアンテナ📡1 ですに

ご飯のボリュームの良さ お米がとりあえず美味しい 旅館の人の接客が良かったです

Les environs des bains publics pas très rangés et avec un peu de bazar. Dommage, parce que l’environnement de ces bains avec la neige et la forêt était très agréable.

享受家庭式經營的旅館，旅客不會太多，不用爭貸切風呂，晚餐令人驚訝，由醃漬到上等飛驒牛都是出色，份量十足，少食旺的我，感到內疚，浪費了食物。 也喜歡女主人親切的款待，能以英語溝通，令你感覺很放鬆。 當晚有預期以外的活動，平湯滑雪場有點燈，放煙花及免費飲品提供，令旅程增添了色彩。讚 再到平湯，湯之平館必定為首選，性價比高。

Super nice ryokan ! Dinner is excellent ! Staff are friendly . Very pleasant stay ! Will return again!
