Location wasn't bad, a bit tricky to find

Booked a room with mountain views, but it was just the name of the room apparently according to the staff

Un lugar inmejorable, rodeado de arrozales y con un entorno espectacular que transmite paz y tranquilidad. Volvería mil veces más.

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt neben den Reisfeldern. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigenljjk alles! Het personeel, het heerlijke eten, het zwembad, het uitzicht, de rust. Prachtig resort met personeel dat werkelkjk álles voor je doet!!

Sehr tolles Hotel mit schönem Pool und sehr schönen Zimmern, tolles Bad. Wir waren in einem Bungalow direkt bei den Reisfeldern. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und frische Säfte. Es gibt ein Restaurant. Man kann Touren über die Rezeption buchen.

Le cadre est très joli. La piscine un peu petite ! Mais cela fait l’affaire je vous conseille pas de rester trop longtemps à tetebatu faites juste la randonnée Monkey Forest

Everything was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful scenery surrounding the complex.

The air conditioning unit is not functioning properly in my bungalow. After mentioning this to the staff they came to try and reset the unit and clean the clogged filters. Air flow increased dramatically, but the unit was still only blowing warm air. Proper servicing is required - unit 115. Lucky me - it was cool enough (at the beginning of May) that the ceiling fan mounted to the ceiling above was enough to be comfortable day and night.

Die Lage für die Ausflüge rund herum ist super.

Leider kein Zimmer Service, es wird nichts weggeräumt vom Balkon und generell der Service hier ist kaum vorhanden. Nur ein Handtuch, welches auch nicht gewechselt wird, weil es keinen Room Service gibt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, aber vielleicht gibt es bessere in der Umgebung.
