V popisu ivedena možnost večeře v jejich restauraci, ale ta prý je od Covidu uavřená. Jiná možnost večeře jen dojet autem. Po příjezdu jsme čekali 15 min. na příjezd zaměstnankyně na ubytování. Pokud bychom měli tuto informaci předem, volali bychom 15 min. před příjezdem.

We came 20:45 and the hotel booked our room at least half an hour before our arrival to someone else despite them having another bigger room vailable. We were confronted why we didnt call that we arrive late. In my view we arrived 15 minutes on time before they closed checking also they booked the room at least 45 minutes before closing or more. So even if we arrived 20.30 it would be the same. The hotel should have called me when booking the room to somoene else if we arrive or not. How should I know they have such intent? I was forced to pay for the bigger room so instead of 90 we paid 120. So 30 eur more for the mistake done by the hotel. We traveled from far and were happy we made it just to be confronted with this and even made us feel its our fault. No effort from the staff to make up for the error. We got 2 small towels for 3 nights .... another fail. Just avoid this place in the future. This has never happened to me in 25 years of traveling.
