Excellent location in the desert

Duvet was very dirty & the bin was broken. Also the place could do with updating generally as looks tired.

The experience was lovely and a once in a lifetime moment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room wasn’t ready despite arriving 45 mins after check in time. The floor gave us all splinters and we did not get provided with a hammock despite seeing other bubbles with one. Food was not labelled and travelling with a nut allergy can be difficult, we asked staff for clarification of what was in the meals but they were not sure.

Très bon hébergement, tout est parfaitement organisé. Personnels très professionnels !

Solamente lo staff

Le camere sono maltenute con uno stato manutentivo pessimo. Il dentro delle bolle risulta quindi vecchio e lasciato andare, la plastica della bolla sopra il letto è talmente opaca che non permette di vedere le stelle.

The room was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner here and it was fantastic. Excellent stay.

Bella struttura in una cornice da sogno nel Wadi Rum. Le stanze sono comode belle e climatizzate. Colazione ottima, cena nella media . Il wifi funziona benissimo. È stata una bella esperienza.

Non abbiamo apprezzato per nulla il tempo di attesa per il collegamento con la struttura che si trova a circa 30 minuti dalla strada principale. Abbiamo aspettato 50 minuti nella lounge/parcheggio sulla strada principale prima di essere portati alla struttura perché hanno una navetta ogni ora. Secondo il nostro punto di vista per il rapporto qualità prezzo questo servizio dovrebbe essere implementato.
