Ocena zależy od oczekiwań. Jeśli ktoś oczekuje luksusowego hotelu, blisko centrum Wrocławia - niech poszuka innego miejsca. Ale jeśli wystarczy miejsce na spokojny nocleg, a dojazd do atrakcji turystycznych czy zakupy nie stanowią problemu, to miejsce można rozważyć. Bardzo dobry dojazd od trasy S8. Blisko ładny pałac i park - dobre miejsce na spacer. Dostępna komunikacja miejska. Pokój mały (ale wystarczający), aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba, żeby zrobić sobie śniadanie, a nawet prosty, szybki obiad.

Daleko do sklepu (albo ja słabo szukałem). Na dojazd do centrum trzeba przewidzieć godzinę (komunikacją miejską). Brak gastronomii w pobliżu (albo słabo szukałem) - ale o tym wszystkim wiedziałem decydując się na tę ofertę.
