石川町駅すぐ。中華街も徒歩圏内。夜は静か。アメニティや設備が充実。 バスルーム広く、ベッドも快適だった。 スタッフがすごく親切丁寧。

出入りは毎回フロントに電話してロック解除してもらうのはやや手間。 普通のテレビ（地デジ）は見られず、VODやネットTVのみ。時間間隔がわからなくなる時も。
