Great location by the beach and nice to have poolside restaurant. Staff very friendly

Rooms very small. Many of the restaurant staff were either trainees or had poor English as a supervisor had to correct or confirm almost every order.

What a perfect little gem, friendly & hospitable staff, great location, super good food. I was in heaven with their amazing sauna & icebath on the property & a massage to die for. What an incredible couple of days, relaxing, swimming in the ocean with great vibes & comfort.

Lovely staff. Beautiful gardens and pools X 3. Lovely Balinese style hotel. Great spa with excellent prices on site. Basic toiletries. Good T bags in the room. Quiet.

Breakfast was not up to standard. We’ve paid the same hotel price (breakfast included) elsewhere and had much better standard of food. (Hotel 201 300 metres away) Croissants were dry and stale. Bakery stuff very uninviting. Awful teabags. Beds are very hard + only one pillow. We asked for an extra pillow.

Great location and value. Staff were lovely and helpful. Other guests were open to polite conversation and suggestions. Massage was wonderful. Snorkeling was very convenient, fun, and a good value. Some limitations in staff English, but any issues were minor and resolved by other staff and we were grateful since we do not speak Indonesian. Food was delicious and good value. The resort arranged a very good driver for our departure to Tama Tirta Gangga Palace and Gardens and Ubud.

One room had a foul smell from the shower floor person the 1st night which was resolved my staff the next morning.

The false advertising of property, photos showed beautiful ocean views, glass walls etc. they changed our accom.to garden view. Very dark,no view, very small,unclean bathroom. Would not cancel our accommodation with 4 days notice. Bad communication 😡
