Childress Inn

The room was filthy. The walls had drink stains on them, there were dead bugs on the floor and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I walked into the room and right back out.

Les lits très confortables. Le Mr qui est venu nous dépanner immédiatement car la télévision ne fonctionnait plus.

Les toilettes sont vieux et même s'ils étaient probablement nettoyés, ça semblait sale, avec des vieilles traces de calcaire et de saleté. Le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas et impossible de prendre un bain... Bâtiment et accessoires assez vétustes.

The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again….

Room was good for a quick 1 night in/out stay. Not the cleanist but have seen worse.

Great stay for a great price. The room was clean and comfortable. This is a bare bones place without frills but the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again when in Childress.

The bed was clean. There was a decent sized fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Some free amenities were provided. I didn't use the shower. It looked alright. No bed bugs.

The carpet was pretty dirty. Found a few dead crickets.

The breakfast was the best part.

The facilities are in desperate need of an upgrade. The cracks around the room door were so big, I was swatting at flies all night long. The room surfaces had been cleaned adequately, but there was accumulated grime everywhere.

The room was ok for an overnight stay but the beds are VERY firm. The tub wasn’t dirty but it was rusty and dingy and the shower rod was barely hanging on so we didn’t use it. The air conditioner was really noisy and loud but it did serve as white noise for the trucks on the highway which runs along the side of the motel. The phone did not work at all and we never found out the WiFi password. There was no option for breakfast. For the price it was okay for one night.
